Rules enforced

• 9 fielders per inning; supports 9–14 players
• No player sits two innings in a row
• No player sits twice until all have sat once (per game)
• Pitching: max 3 innings per game, 4 total across 2 games
• Catching: selected catchers rotate, max 3 innings total
• Pitchers list: when selected to pitch, will go at least 2 consecutive innings (within caps)
• Position rotation: avoid repeating the same spot consecutively; slight randomness
• Prime positions (1B, SS, 3B) favor early-listed names if enabled
